Every filmmaker has a story they want to tell, but sometimes, getting the financial support to make it happen can be the biggest challenge.
With Fund My Film, now available on NollywoodCV’s Film Hub, you can create a fundraising campaign for your film project, share your vision and invite people to contribute towards making it a reality.
How it works:
- Create a campaign for your film and tell people about your project.
- Set your fundraising target and explain what the funds will be used for.
- Once your campaign is approved, share it with friends, colleagues, industry professionals and film enthusiasts.
- Receive donations from supporters, even if they do not have a NollywoodCV account.
- Offer eligible supporters an Executive Producer screen credit in return for meeting your specified donation amount.
Each approved campaign runs for 60 days. You can still receive the money raised even if your campaign does not reach its target.
Fund My Film is a donation-based feature, not an investment scheme. Supporters contribute to help bring film projects to life and do not receive ownership or financial returns.
